Accessibility Options — Our website is built with the Accessibility Feature to better assist you with experiencing our content.

Raised Line Large Print Checks — these checks feature easier-to-read print, and raised lines to help the user locate pertinent areas of the check by touch. This is a free service. You can order these checks, by calling 1-888-402-2265, Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 6pm, or Saturday from 9am to 1pm, through Video Banking, or visiting any StonehamBank branch.

Enlarged Processed Check Images — this alters the number of check images displayed on each statement page; check images will get larger as there are fewer images on each page. This is a free service. You can request it by calling 1-888-402-2265, through Video Banking, or visit any StonehamBank branch.

Mail-In Deposits — if you need to make a deposit to your account and have accessibility challenges, you can mail your deposit to:

Please include your complete account information, and the total amount of your deposit. We will process your deposit and send your receipt to the address on file.

Bank by Phone — call 1-800-407-6747 to access your account information and conduct transactions. The easy-to-follow automated system is available 24/7.

Live Customer Service — please feel free to call us, or use Video Banking Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 6pm, or Saturday from 9am to 1pm to speak with a customer service specialist.

Bank Locations — StonehamBank strives to make every branch location convenient and accessible to all, with enhancements including:

  • Accessible doors at our Stoneham Branch, Billerica Branch vestibule and ATMs at all of branches
  • Extended evening and weekend hours for customers who need them
  • At least one parking space at every branch is reserved for customers with disabilities
  • In an ongoing effort, we are enhancing the accessibility of all our branches as needed
