Below are the most frequently asked questions people have when transitioning into new checking accounts.

How am I affected?

Your existing checking product type will change. The new products come with a host of new features and benefits. There will be no interruption to everyday checking account services.

Will my account number change?

No! Only the checking product type will change. This does not impact account numbers.

Can I still use my existing checks?

Yes! Account numbers will not change. You will not need to order new checks.

Will my debit card still work?

Yes! Debit card account numbers will not change.

My current checking account earns interest. Will I continue to earn interest?

Our new checking product lineup includes a checking account that earns interest. You will receive a notice of which checking product you will be converted to, and will be provided a waived monthly maintenance fee for the first month.

Will there be a monthly maintenance fee?

Our new checking product lineup includes a free checking account and two checking accounts that have monthly maintenance fees. This fee can be waived when certain conditions are met.

What about other features and benefits of my account? Will they change?

Yes! Our new checking products come with some exciting new features and benefits. Stay tuned for more!

Will my direct deposits and automatic transfers be affected?

No! There will be no interruption to everyday checking account services like direct deposit and automatic transfers.

Will my Overdraft Protection Services continue?

Yes! There are no changes to any of our Overdraft Protection services.

Will my Online Banking and Bill Pay services be affected?

No! Your login information and settings will not change. All Online Banking services will continue uninterrupted.

Will my Mobile Banking services be affected?

No! Your login information and settings will not change. All Mobile Banking services will continue uninterrupted.

Not using our Mobile Banking App? Download our free Mobile Banking app to your Apple® or Android device now, or give us a call and we’ll walk you through enrollment.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required on your part.

If I have additional questions or wish to change to a different checking product, who should I contact?

Our Contact Center is prepared to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the new checking products. You can also book an appointment at one of our branches to talk with a Customer Service Rep in person.
