During this very difficult time, our business just like most businesses, are reassessing the needs of our customers. And we would like to explain to you some of the changes we made to accommodate you better during this pandemic.
With our lobbies being closed, we understand the challenges our customers are facing while trying to transact through our drive-up windows.
To better accommodate your needs and to continue practicing safe social distancing rules we will be introducing Banking by Appointment.
Banking by Appointment offers customers assistance with non-drive-thru traditional needs.

Just follow these quick and easy steps!
1 Schedule an appointment* using our online appointment tool at www.stonehambank.com or call 888-402-2265.
2 Pick a date, time and location that’s right for you.
3 Let us know how we can help you.
4 We’ll then confirm the appointment and provide you a phone number to call when you arrive.
5 Arrive at the time of your confirmed appointment. Park in one of the designated parking spots in front of the branch entrance, and don’t forget to bring your ID!
6 Wait in your vehicle. Call the number provided when we confirmed your appointment and let us know when you have arrived.
7 A friendly StonehamBank Banking Specialist will come out to greet you and escort you into the branch. It is required to wear a face-covering** before entering the building. We will ask you questions for identification purposes and account confirmation prior to the start of your appointment.
Our team will continue to practice social distancing with the following precautions:
- Virtual check-ins
- Only scheduled appointments are allowed in the branches.
- Face coverings are required by both customers and employees.
- Hand Sanitizing stations will be available.
- Increased cleaning will be implemented.

How We Provide a Safe Environment
Our team’s precautions to support social distancing:
- Virtual check-ins (wait in your car until a bank representative greets you)
- Only customers with scheduled appointments will be allowed in branches
- Face coverings are required
- Hand sanitizer stations will be available
- Increased cleaning will be implemented after every appointment on high-touch surfaces

* We are asking customers that would like to schedule an appointment to identify if they have had contact with anyone who is experiencing flu-like and/or COVID-19 symptoms. In these cases, we will take steps to handle the situation as best as we can. In some instances, we may need to reschedule the appointment for a later time.
**Customers who schedule appointments will be required to wear masks when entering the building and follow the state of Massachusetts social distancing guidelines.
