We’ll confirm the appointment and provide you a phone number to call when you arrive.

Arrive at the time of your confirmed appointment. Park in one of the designated parking spots in front of the branch entrance. (Don’t forget to bring your ID!)

Wait in your vehicle. Call the number provided when we confirmed your appointment and let us know you have arrived.

A friendly StonehamBank Banking Specialist will come out to greet you and escort you into the branch. It is required to wear a face covering** before entering the building. We will ask you questions for identification purposes and account confirmation prior to the start of your appointment.

How We Provide a Safe Environment

Our team’s precautions to support social distancing:

  • Virtual check-ins (wait in your car until a bank representative greets you)
  • Only customers with scheduled appointments will be allowed in branches
  • Face coverings are required
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available
  • Increased cleaning will be implemented after every appointment on high-touch surfaces

* We are asking customers that would like to schedule an appointment to identify if they have had contact with anyone who is experiencing flu-like and/or COVID-19 symptoms. In these cases, we will take steps to handle the situation as best as we can. In some instances, we may need to reschedule the appointment for a later time.

**Customers who schedule appointments will be required to wear masks when entering the building and follow the state of Massachusetts social distancing guidelines.
