Construction to Commercial Permanent Loans
Benefit from a commercial construction and permanent loan with only one set of closing costs. Pay interest-only during the construction period and then payments will convert to principal and interest upon completion of construction. New construction and rehabilitation programs are offered. A licensed general contractor is required.
