**Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is effective as of 04/29/2025. Term deposit rate and APY are fixed for the duration of the term. The minimum balance to open an account and obtain the APY is $1,000. Your account will automatically renew at maturity. Account must be opened with new funds only, not currently deposited with StonehamBank. Please see Renewal Policies in your account disclosures provided to you at account opening for renewal term information. Once the account is opened, no additional funds can be deposited. You may withdraw your full balance including all accrued interest before the account reaches maturity. However, if you withdraw any funds within the first 6 days after opening the account (or within 6 days after any partial withdrawal during the initial term), a penalty equal to 7 days interest will be charged. If your account hasn’t earned enough interest to cover the penalty, we will first deduct all accrued interest and then take the remaining amount from your principal.
