StonehamBank shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Limited to one registration per person. Estimated value of the Gold Coin is $300.00 and the estimated value of the Silver Coin is $50. The winners are solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, and must provide sponsor with a valid social security number or taxpayer identification number before the prize will be awarded.
