Out of the Office with Dawn Morris: Banker & Family Woman

Billerica resident Dawn Morris will mark her 36^th year as a team member in our Billerica branch on July 1, 2024, making her one of our longest-term employees. She is currently a Senior Banking Specialist who knows the names and history of most of those who come to the branch and consistently receives high praise from customers in satisfaction surveys. While she hates the spotlight, she was willing to share what matters most in her life!

What is your favorite pastime or hobby?
My favorite past time/hobby is spending time with my family.

When & where are you happiest in your life?
I am happiest in life when I am spending time with my family. I also love being at the ocean and the mountains.

What has been your greatest achievement outside of work?
My greatest achievement is again my family. I have a loving and supportive husband, two amazing daughters and son-in-law, two wonderful grandsons, and my loving and supportive Mom and Dad. My family is my world!!

Where do you spend time when you’re not at the Bank or with your family?
I also enjoy volunteering at our local community food pantry. It is very rewarding because I love helping people.
