Jeana builds meaningful relationships every day. She most enjoys connecting with people both colleagues and community members and learning their why, understanding what drives them, and collaborating to support their success and stability in todays market. She adds that Being part of a team that genuinely supports one another and champions the people and businesses that form the backbone of our communities is deeply fulfilling, and its why I truly love what I do.

What is your favorite pastime or hobby?

One of my favorite pastimes is gardening — I truly love getting my hands dirty! Working in my garden is both fulfilling and therapeutic for me, and I often lose track of time tending to my gardens, especially my favorite ‘Love & Peace’ roses, hydrangeas, and dahlias. I take great joy in bringing these beautiful gifts of nature indoors to enjoy and share. Gardening brings me a sense of peace and reward, and each spring I eagerly wait for Mother Nature to ‘wake up’ so I can get back outside and do what I love.

When & where are you happiest in your life?
I am happiest anywhere I’m surrounded by my children, my family, and friends who truly have become family. I love exploring new places and trying new things — especially when it involves being outdoors and connected to nature. And if I’m lucky enough to be at the ocean with my loved ones, particularly at the Children’s Memorial at Edgartown Light on Martha’s Vineyard, I can’t imagine a more perfect day.

What has been your greatest achievement outside of work?
My greatest achievement outside of work is without a doubt the most cherished and rewarding role of my life — being a mom. My children are my entire universe, and they make me proud every single day. Watching them grow has been both bittersweet and incredibly meaningful, and it is truly the greatest gift of my life. While I’ve loved every stage of their journey – now watching them navigate high school – I continue to be humbled and inspired by their strength, perseverance, kindness, and their ability to make the world a better place. They are, without question, my heroes.

What are the words you live by?
My motto and words I live by, often echoing in my consciousness, came from my late grandfather. Growing up, he would always say, ‘Don’t go stupid on yourself.’ To me, that simple phrase has always meant trusting your gut, leaning on your wisdom and life experience, and making thoughtful, good choices. Be a leader, be a good human, and trust that when you do those things, everything else will fall into place.

What do you hope to accomplish in 2026?
My goal for 2026 is much the same as in years past: to continue evolving, learning, inspiring, and creating — while remaining present, thoughtful, and kind. I believe in forward motion, not standing still and certainly not looking back—I’m not going that way. Onward and upward.
