Out of the Office with MARY CELLI – Vice President, Customer Contact Center Officer AAP/APRP

For more than 21 years, Vice President Mary Celli has been dedicated to delivering A+++++ service to our customers. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the Customer Contact Center and regularly assists customers via phone and video banking with their account needs. Fluent in Italian, Mary is also able to support customers who prefer to communicate in that language and can occasionally be found assisting in our Stoneham branch.

What is your favorite pastime or hobby?
I especially like cooking, watching musicals and traveling.

When & where are you happiest in your life?
I am always happiest when I am spending time with family and/or friends, wherever
that may be.

What has been your greatest achievement outside of work?
My greatest achievement is my family!

What are the words you live by?
One of my favorite Maya Angelou quotes: “I’ve learned that people will forget what
you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made
them feel.”

What do you hope to accomplish in 2026?
I would like to earn my certification in Fraud Mitigation.
