Stoneham, MA (FEB 2024) – StonehamBank recently presented their annual donation to Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) to support programs this year. 

“Mystic Valley is an amazing organization, focused on providing support services to older citizens and adults with disabilities in eleven cities and towns,” notes StonehamBank CEO/President Edward F. Doherty, Jr. “Their commitment to partnering with individuals and caregivers throughout the region ensures that older and disabled adults can live healthy and productive lives.  In keeping with our commitment to support everyone in our community to the best of our ability, we are committed to   supporting their efforts so that they can support those who need care the most. And we are grateful to MVES for allowing us to partner with them in this endeavor.”

MVES works with these individuals to find the best possible resources and programs to fit their needs, many at low or no cost. MVES also provides ongoing educational, financial and nutritional programs in local senior centers, residences and community centers.
