Lauren Constantine serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at StonehamBank, where she leads the Bank’s marketing, business development, brand strategy, and community engagement.

A creative strategist and connector at heart, Lauren brings over 20 years of marketing experience to her role, blending storytelling, relationship-building, and business growth to strengthen StonehamBank’s presence across the communities it serves. Her work is driven by a belief that great marketing is more than messaging — it is about creating meaningful connections, building trust, and making an impact where it matters most.

Lauren is an alumna of Endicott College and resides in Andover with her husband and two sons. Outside of the Bank, she can usually be found on the sidelines or in the rink cheering on her sons. She also serves as a board member for the Stoneham Coalition and as a committee member for NEFMA.
