With 30 years of banking experience, Shawn Kelley is dedicated to helping businesses grow by providing tailored financial solutions. Starting as a teller in 1995, he has held various roles, including Branch Manager and Retail Administrator, giving him a deep understanding of banking operations and customer needs. As Vice President, Business Development Officer at StonehamBank, Shawn connects with business owners to understand their challenges and offer the right banking resources. His client-first approach focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring responsiveness, and providing expert guidance. Active in the community, he serves on the Advisory Board of Minuteman Senior Services and is a member of the Stoneham Rotary. Outside of work, he enjoys football, basketball, and traveling with his family—especially to beach destinations in the Caribbean.
