The Bank will be conducting a Special Meeting of Depositors for the purpose of reorganizing from a Mutual Co-operative Bank to a Mutual

Holding Company structure. The meeting will be held on: Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 8:30am at the Marriott Courtyard Unicorn Park

700 Unicorn Park Drive Woburn, MA 01801. The polls will remain open until 5:30pm. Depositors as of April 30, 2026, who have attained

the age of 18 years, are entitled to vote at the Special Meeting. Your Board of Directors recommends a vote “FOR” the Bank’s Plan

of Reorganization from a Mutual Co-operative Bank to a Mutual Holding Company.
